  Always have a lovely meal at the Otter and the staff are always polite and helpful. Nothing is too much bother. Which is fantastic when you have to dine with a fussy husband and very fussy son!

  Excellent and professional waiting staff. Always greeted with a smlie and very polite. Always greeted us with sir and madam. Starters were perfect and hot. Main meals were spot on and no signs of it being rushed. Deserts were quick and we'll presented. Only 1 bad poin was the bar staff very polite and professional but quite slow. Overall experience 9/10. Good job the otter staff

  Ordered 4 meals. All lovely. Would have given it a 5 star other than i ordered drinks from the table but they were very slow even though the otter was Very quiet.
  Was 100% quicker to go to the bar.
  So we left a smaller tip.
  Would we go back???? Yes plus they have a drinking only area which lets the Bumblebee down
